Black elder tree. Blooms in early June, harvest comes in September. Berries dark, almost black, juicy. Up to 20 kg of berries can be obtained from one bush, 10 m high. Berries are suitable for use both fresh and processed: for jam, syrup and wine.
The flowers can be eaten fresh or dried for tea
