The beginning of our family nursery was the first apple tree rootstocks planted in the spring of 1984 and a small hole with blackcurrant cuttings in the small garden

Then and now..

A 2.5 ha farm was registered in 1998.

Currently, we have grown to a 15 ha tree nursery and a 2 ha pedigree garden.

Traditional and rare varieties

We supplement the information necessary for the promotion of growth from various sources, both from Latvian and foreign scientists, with our own observations for the introduction of new varieties or crops in the assortment, sometimes on the contrary - to discard less suitable ones.

So far, the most significant have been the agrotechnical trials of bush blueberries, which until recently were considered a non-traditional crop, in the selection of the most suitable substrate and fertilization system.

It is always a pleasure if our plants and consultations have helped in setting up and maintaining a large or very small garden.
